Susan is fun, loving, caring, kind and considerate. Our daughter Evelyn was hospitalized suddenly. Susan truly went above and beyond. She explained things in ways we could easily understand. When we had a concern, she truly listened and responded. She went out of her way to help make a special evening for our older daughter who was struggling with her sister’s illness. We also noticed that she stayed 2 hours over her shift to spend extra time with a child who appeared to have no parents present.
