This RN had been with us for a short time and quickly took a fulltime position. After she had taken a fulltime position, she covered another fulltime position while they went on vacation and saw the equivalent of a double caseload during that time. At one point she had a patient pull a loaded gun on her in the home and kept her cool getting out of the home and notifying the appropriate people. These are just a few examples of how she has gone above and beyond.
