Louise Ward-Anderson
A visitor familiar with Louise from prior visits to Saint Agnes nominated her for The DAISY Award. The visitor’s son was a heart patient at Saint Agnes. Though the doctor had advised inserting a heart catheter, the patient was resistant. While this patient was not her own, Louise visited him, drew picturesof the heart, and explained in great detail what the procedure would entail and its benefits. The patient subsequently underwent the procedure, and is doing well. The visitor commended Louise for making these extra efforts.
