Margie Lim

Recently she was the primary day nurse for a long term baby with major surgical issues.  The little girl had lost most of her intestine to an infection and had a gaping abdominal wound.  Margie’s attention to detail and sterile technique helped little Sonia not only survive and avoid further infection, but to heal and grow so she can soon be a transplant candidate.

Margie not only is an exemplary primary nurse, she looks out for all our babies in a very special way.  Using her creativity and artistic talent, she provides each baby with a personalized 8 x 11 “name card”, complete with footprints, colorful borders and cutouts.  These are a unique keepsake.  Parents always smile and so appreciate this special gift made just for their little one.  We all appreciate Margie’s talent and willingness to use her own time to help all our families feel special.
