“I would like to acknowledge nurse Dulce for taking good care of my dad.  She is very organized and calm when my dad was in much discomfort.  She made sure that my dad received his medications and all his needs were met on time.  I witnessed how courteous and polite she was with my dad’s impatience while she explained the plans for him.  She is always smiling, warm, and accommodated our questions.  Though she was very busy she spent time with us and supported my dad and us as a family.  I remembered when she said how honored she was to take care of my dad that’s why she gives her best effort.  She has exceeded our expectations of her.  She definitely deserves to be recognized.”
