Marilyn Mc Donough
Marilyn has been asked to take on a leadership role on several occasions in addition to her regular job responsibilities. She has done so without complaint, but with professionalism and a sincere dedication to keeping in mind the best interests of the nursing staff as well as the quality of care provided to patients within all departments of the hospital. Most recently, she has exhibited excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with all members of the healthcare team during a stressful and uncertain time. This demonstration of leadership and promotion of teamwork makes Marilyn a very worthy DAISY Award recipient.
