Mary Leach

I was moved to the CCU from INCA, Mary Leach was my nurse.  I try to point out when I feel that someone does an exceptional job, but Mary went above and beyond. She was kind, friendly, patient, and understanding. She was encouraging when I needed it and professional. She was assertive when I was rude and aggressive.   She is a great asset to your team!

Our father recently had open heart surgery, during his recovery we were introduced to many nurses.  We were pleased with the care provided by all of the nurses, however, one nurse, Mary Leach stood out from the others.  Beyond the typical care, Mary genuinely cared about our father and his recovery.  He looked forward to seeing her everyday and missed her once he was moved out of CCU.  She was kind enough to stop by a couple of times prior to his release to see him following her shifts.  She made my father’s stay enjoyable during a very difficult time.
