Michael was nominated by a grateful wife: Mike was exceptionally informed and calming with my husband who had an emergency cath procedure. He had anxiety problems and Mike told him stories of kite surfing to distract and calm him. Mike was also able to answer questions about my husband's procedure, and went out of his way to meet my husband's needs. Thank you!!
