Michael Felber
Michael was nominated three times within the nomination period. The family who submitted one of the nominations shared with us why our winner was so special: "Michael is a patient-oriented nurse. He encourages the patient to take charge of his medical issues, set goals, and have a plan. He is the coach you want in your child's corner helping to motivate them to get well. He always pushed pat to write schedules, set goals, clean his ostomy bag, do things himself. He is about the patient gaining independence to care for themselves. Very knowledgeable as well. Excellent Motivator". |
