Michelle Beasinger

Michelle recently completed her certification in High risk Neonatal Nursing. She consistently is named by families as providing excellent care. She actively participates in the parent education committee, using evidence based practice to promote family involvement in deciding and providing care for their infant. She is an advocate for her patients. She has appealed to physician services and professionally approached interventions on behalf of the families. She is well respected by Neonatal physician staff and her peers.

She has acted as a preceptor for both students and new employees. In providing care in crises she maintains a pleasant disposition, avoiding. She is a part of the NICU transport team and represents Hurley NICU well to area hospitals. She is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses.
