Mike Harrington
Mike has been recognized by several patients and family members for his exemplary customer service care. One thing that stands out above and beyond, Mike always makes a point to follow up on the patients who are under his care when they are transferred to the floor. He wants to close the loop and also assure that the patients are okay. Words that patients/families use to describe Mike are: caring, compassionate, dedicated, consoling, and a great asset for Kaiser Permanente. Mike is a true patient’s advocate for patients/families, and this comes across to the families/ patients that he cares for from the heart.
