Mindy Vermilyen

Mindy is proof there are angels here on earth.  She was the nurse on duty as my Dad was in his “death/dying” stage.  She tended to him, making him comfortable in the process.  She also explained to his entire family the process he would go through and continually attended to us, making us more comfortable with the situation we were facing.  She stayed with the family for 4 hours off the clock.  She showed everyone the utmost compassion and love.  Mindy truly demonstrated not only her excellent care-giving skills to my dad, keeping him comfortable in his final hours here on earth, but brought peace to each and every one of his children, grandchild, and most of all made it a less painful experience for my mom.
