Molly Wilson

Molly has been an excellent IV team nurse for as long as I've known her. When we call for her expertise she readily comes with a great attitude. Her interaction and compassion and IV insertion skill with patients is phenomenal. Certain patients will even request her because they are "hard sticks". She saves patients extra "sticks" and discomfort by drawing lab off the IV site. Even when she is busy helping other floors start IV's, she’s never too busy to help us.  She has stayed late at times to put a PICC line in and an IV in for a patient desperately needing pain meds and IV fluids. Having Molly on our team helps our patient’s satisfaction.
