Monica Lee
There simply isn’t just one situation in which Monica demonstrates being a compassionate, sincere and capable caregiver. She always has a positive attitude at work, even when the workload is heavy. She performs all of her tasks with skill and care, never skimping on quality of care or sake of time or to accommodate her own fatigue. She is a favorite nurse among our patients. She is fun to be around as well as a trusted resource. I cannot think of another nurse more deserving of the DAISY award.
