Natalie is one of the most humble, caring and compassionate nurses her nurse manager has had the privilege of working with. Natalie is an exception nurse, one who is consistently focused on her patients and meeting or exceeding patient expectations and outcomes. Natalie really takes the time to hear what her patients are saying, and she is a very strong patient advocate. Natalie’s compassion, caring, and commitment to her patients help each one of them know that they are in the best of hands. Natalie definitely shines in her role as a nurse, and she does not always recognize the powerful impact she has on those around her. She has an inner glow that has a powerful impact on all who have pleasure of interacting with her. Natalie has set a high standard on her unit, and staff work hard to emulate her practice. She has had a powerful impact on the 9th floor, and staff, patients, and students consistently recognize her on so many levels.
