Natasha Vasilopoulus

Natasha is very attentive to her patients and is always an enthusiastic Primary Nurse. She takes primary patients on a regular basis and cares for them without hesitation. She is conscientious in her delivery of care and is very thorough in her practice. She is an advocate for patients and is always thinking of ways to address their overall health care needs.

As a Masters prepared nurse, Natasha frequently contributes research to promote evidence-based practice on the unit. She is the co-chair of the Nurse Practice Council and is always putting in time and effort both at work and outside of work to develop programs and changes in practice.

Natasha also has begun precepting nursing students and shows a lot of potential in her teaching abilities and as a role model. She has helped develop a mobilization program on the unit by promoting research supporting the effectiveness of early mobilization of ICU patients.
