Nikki Roller

Nikki Roller, RN, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, Sanford Health-Fargo, is very deserving of the DAISY award, according to the patient who nominated her:

“I came to the hospital in an aggravated state of mind. Nikki “drew the short straw.” She was assigned to take me through the admitting process. With her upbeat manner and her wonderful personality, she was gradually able to help me to develop a better mental outlook. Because of her, I was better able to receive the care I needed. As a nurse, Nikki was always extremely caring, compassionate, and considerate. She demonstrated great nursing skills, and made certain I always had everything I needed. She caused me to feel like I was her most important patient. Thank you, Nikki, so very, very much!”
