Pam has wonderful integrity and is honest. Shows respect to patient and family –goes the extra mile. She shows wonderful compassion to patients and any employee that also has needs or is having a hard time. This nurse is a wonder steward of our unit, taking ownership of responsibility of the unit. She deserves the DAISY Award for the extra things she does, she goes the extra mile. She is a wonderful asset to our unit. |
