Patti always displays a caring/compassion. I look to her as a great example of compassion and a great attitude. All her pts in the ED receive a warm blanket; kind words a smile and a soft touch. She is respected by all that know her. She displays integrity and works in the community. She is a DAISY and a treasure.

Treats patients and their families with respect, provides explanation to her pts and families in terms they understand. Her answers are always honest and she always follows through.

Manages critical situations with clinical excellence, never loses site of the patient or the family.

Everyone who comes in contact with Patti knows the meaning of heartfelt compassion.

Is an excellent mentor to staff. Challenges students and is a great teacher.

Patti is always positive and smiling, she is what a nurse truly represents.

Patti sets the tone for the ED –it seems like everything flows better when she is on shift.
Is outstanding and very compassionate. She is always in control and can deliver leadership
when called on. She takes time to listen and touches every ones heart as she delivers care.
She delivers outstanding care every one every day and every life.

Patti calms children and is excellent at ED nursing, she truly represents a DAISY nurse
