Rachel Marvel

Rachel has a taken great care of my mother!  Anyone can have the title “Nurse” but it takes a special person to be a “NURSE”.  She has carefully explained everything so she could understand it and she continues to do this each time. 

Rachel is very patient and caring and is very informative with our family as well.  I myself have been a nurse for 21 years and have been a tele-nurse for several years. 

While showing a caring and nurturing side, Rachel is still able to remain very professional.  Rachel has gone above and beyond to keep my Mother and each of us (spouse & children) informed about her newly diagnosed CHF and any questions anyone of us may have had, including where to continue to get information about this diagnosis.  In our opinion, she is the perfect example of what a “Nurse” should be but it is not often found anymore in the medical profession.
