“…. My sincere thanks to Rhonda who I only met once but went over and above for me especially since she was going off shift. I had been promised and told I would be in a private room. Unfortunately, I was not after recovery. I was in extreme pain with my eyes, the room was so small and the other patient must have had (5) people with a screaming, crying baby next to me. When Rhonda came in and saw me crying and asked my husband what was wrong, we barely got it out of our mouths when she said – “don’t worry, I am going off shift but I will not leave until I see you are in the room you were promised.” And she did too! ….”
