The nightshift was extremely busy on the floor. Only two other nurses on the floor with full assignments and admissions still are coming up from the ER. Rob is an exceptional example of teamwork even though initially ER admission was assigned to me. Rob noticed that the work load and my assignment were heavy so he decided that he would take the patient and assume care. While he could have said he would help out only he didn’t but instead completely assumed care for the patient and helped out myself and other RN on the floor in addition to Rob always a great resource person. Never confrontational and always has a smile. Things go very smoothly on the floor when he is on the night shift charge. I believe he is an asset to this floor. I believe he deserves nomination.
