During a routine night in the life of a Rapid Response Team Nurse, Roseanne in particular has a special ability to take charge of a chaotic escalating situation and turn it into a well synchronized team with optimal outcome. Roseanne has the gift to be able to rapidly assess a situation, take action and delegate as needed. She was not only aware of every member’s responsibility but debriefed and thanked them for their contribution in saving the patients life.
