Roxanne Lee

Our 3Q DAISY Award recipient is Roxanne Lee; she is a Medical/Surgical RN. She has been employed with Kaiser Richmond for a little over three years. She has always been an eager participant to improve patient care and services to our facility. She has served as a FCE, Bariatric Care Liaison, and Pain Management Improvement Champion. She has a great attitude and works consistently with educators and leadership.

A couple of her nominators stated, "Roxanne is a good example of being a compassionate nurse on any given situation. She is very knowledgeable of what is happening on the unit."

Another staff member stated, "Roxanne has an excellent rapport with the patients, we love having Roxanne as a team player and she always has a great attitude."

A patient reports, "Roxanne was my day nurse Thursday and Friday. She was very reassuring, helpful and very knowledgeable. She notified my MD when she noticed changes in my condition. I am very appreciative of her help and knowing that she is such a competent, compassionate nurse."
