Sara Moore

Sara is a very compassionate nurse who is empathic with her patients.  She has a very caring heart when working with clients who are living in poor conditions.  She enters these homes unfazed, and doesn’t pass judgment on their circumstances.  One client in particular needed extra time to “tell her story”.  Sara allowed the extra time for the visit and listened which is what this patient needed. 

Sara is a per diem employee who has taken on extra responsibilities.  She has spent numerous hours as an ambassador for the Uniform Committee.  She kept the staff informed and had a positive attitude.

Sara is also taking the Home Health certification course.  She actively participates and contributes in the nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction committees.  She is currently working on an educational module to present to the staff.

Sara is a blessing for us, a strong part of our staff.  She received two recent STARGRAMS from two different patients.  One patient expressed her appreciation for “all the caring” shown her.  Sara was described as an angel who went above and beyond her job duties.  She is a “fantastic” nurse who will brighten your day.  Another patient wrote in patient satisfaction questionnaire “Sara goes out of her way, does her job wonderful, and cares.  A real angel”.
