Shae-Lynn Byas

Shae Lynn is an outstanding role model and absolute joy to work with. When I came to work for Mission 9 months ago, I literally did not know anyone in the entire state. Shae Lynn was one of the first people I met at Mission, and she has consistently gone out of her way to encourage me as I transitioned into a completely different role & environment.

Shae Lynn's clinical nursing expertise is exemplary, her energy is contagious, her work ethic is unmatched, and her ability to put children & families at ease is outstanding. The thing I most appreciate about Shae Lynn is that she is always so approachable and helpful to everyone. She shows no favorites and treats everyone as if they were family.

Shae Lynn is well respected by her peers and outstanding in everything she does. It's a joy to be around someone who loves their job so much, and who is so perfectly suited to be the kind of exceptional nurse, leader and educator that she is. As flowers go, in my opinion Shae Lynn has been the brightest of DAISY's !
