Shelley provided the care and patience required to help her feel better. Shelley was so kind and caring for my mother – she went far beyond what was expected. Thank you!”

And over the phone, they elaborated on the fact that when Shelley found out her patient was in pain, she quickly said, “Well, let’s fix that” and jumped into action. Within the hour, she was feeling much better.

The patient’s daughter, said that Shelly was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She described Shelly as being upbeat, caring and always cheerful. She cared for her mom in such a wonderful way, you knew she was being real, she was just that way. It was just her wonderful personality.
