Soosan Alumoottil

Ms. Soosan Alumoottil is a professional, dedicated, and compassionate nurse. She respects patients’ dignity while offering them physical assistance as well as emotional support. She exhibits excellent leadership and organizational skills. She follows up on the three tours in the facility and takes care of multiple issues on the unit, including reports, resident /family teaching and regulatory preparedness. She continually encourages and supports staff in all their professional and personal endeavors. In addition, Ms. Alumoottil is a hands-on nurse with excellent clinical skills. She works well with all levels of staff and departments. She maintains good rapport with physicians and family members in planning care for the residents.

Ms. Alumottil is certainly a great asset to the NYC HHC team and deserves to be the recipient of the DAISY Award.
