Stacey Hawk gave my family assistance when we experienced an inordinate amount of frustration in trying to get the best care and ensuring that everyone was communicating appropriately. After talking to her about our concerns in another department I finally felt someone took us seriously. And she did! She helped coordinate our family member's tests and kept us informed.
