Stephanie went way above and beyond to help this family:

Stephanie was not only patient, informative and helpful to our family, she seemed to genuinely care about the dignity and comfort of our dying mother. She frequently made herself available to answer questions, fix coffee and showed interest in our families needs.

Our sister (the only family member out of town) had to fly in from Orlando at a moments notice. It did not appear that mother would live long enough for our sister to get to her bedside and say goodbye. As our sister was in flight to Indianapolis, Stephanie suggested we call the airlines to see if we could make radio contact and get my sister off the plane first. She made the call to the airline and made the contact explaining the situation. She tried everything she could to insure that mother would also be here to say goodbye. Our sister did make it to see mother alive and say goodbye.

Stephanie’s example of extra care for our family will not be forgotten.
