Susan is extremely talented nurse. She is a great role model to all nurses and is such a compassionate nurse. She is always willing to help when she is in charge and cares deeply about her unit and the quality of care she provides. Susan can be found sitting at the bedside of many children at night calming stressed parents and telling bedtime stories about her beagle puppies or when she lived in Hawaii. Patients love her and even call her “Auntie”. She is a great calmer during stressful times. She also goes above and beyond to educate patients and their parents about every procedure or test that will be done to a patient. She always advocates for the best patient outcome.
