Suzanne Bartlett

Nurse Suzanne Bartlett is an understanding, kind, compassionate, and caring person.  This nurse not only cares for her patients physically, she cares for them emotionally. 

Examples include reading her a book or playing a game with "Y".  Although she is not assigned to care for this child, Suzanne makes a point of spending time with her every day she’s here.  She has provided the child with books, games, music, and more to entertain herself throughout the day.  The young girl does not have many visitors, so the smile on her face when she sees Suzanne is remarkable!  These are just a few of the reasons she should receive the DAISY Award.
