Thelma Lee
Thelma Lee is a treasure! She could have chosen to be a teacher or other service provider and we are fortunate she chose to be a nurse, because she is one of our best! Thelma always approaches her assignment as if it is a labor of love. She gives 110% to make sure that every patient feels like a VIP! Thelma is one of the most compassionate, caring and respectful people I know! Her goal is to always make sure that the patient’s wants and needs are met. She is an advocate for her patients to make sure they feel listened to and to ensure that they received the best possible care. Thelma is a great preceptor, mentor, and team player and is always looking out for her co-workers. Thelma is so deserving of this award…she fulfilled every category of the nomination criteria!
