Tomorrow Potter

Tomorrow was nominated by a family who had a set of twins in the NICU.  Tomorrow reached out to this family and comforted them, even though one of the twins was on a ventilator.  One of the ways that she made a difference in this family’s life is that she bonded with the parents and other family members as well as the child.  If Tomorrow was working, she was this family’s nurse.  She took the time to learn the child’s preferences- how the child wanted to be held, if she liked to be rocked, etc.   After this twin passed away, Tomorrow came to the visitation without complaint, even though she had to drive 2 hours to get there and had to work the next day.  This family witnessed Tomorrow treating other families with the same respect, compassion and love they were shown.
