Tony Goodpaster

Tony Goodpaster demonstrated his abilities to be both caring and compassionate while remaining in control of the situations that would occasionally take place.  He is patient and instructional to family so they can better understand and help the patient.  His dependability and flexibility are demanded in this department, constantly, and his endurance was a support to family, patient, co-workers that was unwavering.

On every occasion I had to interact with Tony, he was always professional and courteous.  He took excellent care of his patients with an extra level insight.  He treated this family with respect and patience no matter how many questions we asked.  I witnessed his assistance to co-workers in preparation of paperwork, relief from duties and general support.  He encouraged patients by reaching out to them with genuine caring that they could feel and sense.  He reassured families and made me feel comfortable leaving my mother in the care of the unit.  He was knowledgeable and informative when relaying information to me making sure that I understood what was going on with her and what to expect in the days coming up.  Tony did go the extra mile for us and he has my gratitude and thanks.
