He is always making rounds on the floor if he is not in meetings. He really cares about the patients and how they are feeling. He is not shy to jump in and help whenever he can. He is always happy to listen and do what he can to take care of any situation.

I would like to mention all the hard work he has done. He rounds on each patient several times each day and is so helpful on the floor. One night when I did PCT work he helped me by cleaning up some patients and changing beds so I could get out on time. No matter whom you are, your job title, or what needs done, he is always willing to help.
