"Victoria Poellnitz was the best nurse we have ever had out of all of his hospital visits.  She made sure we had everything we needed all night.  Just the small things she did made my day.  Me and my husband were sitting here talking about something to eat, it was about two in the morning.  Victoria was like we have crackers and peanut butter and drinks.  She not only brought us something to snack on, she took the time and put the ice in the cup with no problem at all.  This may be small to some but the small things count the most".
