It has been nearly seven weeks since the surgery...Wendy is one of the most competent and gentle nurses we have ever come across. I cannot recall the number of times I called you to help during our week in the hospital. Wendy was patient every time she was requested. We thank you for making our stay a bit easier. It is not the immediate emotion of the moment speaking as it is weeks since we have been back home. It is my memory of the week, of ups and downs, and finally an endearing outcome! Relatives of your patients come to you with a lot of uncertainty, anxiousness and fear.
