Yadhira Mescain

Yadhira is continually mentioned by patients as being attentive and compassionate. She is always cheerful. She often requests to take difficult patients so she can make sure they are well taken care of. Yadhira always takes the extra step to make her patients feel comfortable and cared for.

There was a patient on our floor for over a year. There was no discharge plan in place for this patient. The patient did not have the best hygiene habits, was on isolation and was extremely demanding. The patient requested her to care for him. Yadhira willing accepted the assignment. Yadhira went out of her way to make his birthday special by bringing cake and balloons in for him.

It is clear that Yadhira takes pride in the care and quality of nursing that she delivers to her patients. We are very fortunate to have her as part of the 4 North team!
