“Zaldy went above and beyond not only for my daughter but also for us (her parents and grandma). He made sure to introduce himself to us. Zaldy made sure that we were comfortable and made the bed for use. He even went out of his way to get us a rocking chair. Zaldy made our daughter comfortable and always went out of the way to ensure her safety and make sure that she was taken care of properly. My family was thoroughly impressed with his attentiveness”.
