To achieve positive goals in a career requires involvement within three fronts- academic, interpersonal communication, and hands on health-related experience. Aileen challenges herself to continue her academic growth with independently reading articles and incorporating this evidence into her reasoning skills. Her current and past experience displays a broad realm of abilities and strengths. She is a leader, a willing listener, and strong communicator. In the fast paced health care environment, having a true diplomat on the team: an individual who is considerate of people’s time and effort is a true strength.

Aileen Pinola’s practice is an excellent example of what a nurse should be striving for. She takes advantage of every opportunity to provide safe and compassionate care for all of her patients.
