She was an advocate for my mother and professional. Thorough and empathetic. She helped my mom get extubated and took blood gases without pain and fuss which helped my mom’s stress level and ease toward recovery, all with a smile. She realized that her c-pap should have been full-faced and made sure respiratory came to assist with that to ease her breathing. Again, all with a smile. You are lucky to have her!
