"This young lady has such a passion for her job… every time she came into our Dad's room she was so positive and encouraging…. She always had my Dad and us feeling she was just         there for us. The care she took for our Dad could not easily be put into words but what I can say is that she really went out of her way to make this tragic experience more manageable for us. Your hospital should be commended for having a nurse like Anna on your staff. She is definitely a positive asset to your hospital.
