Anna developed and implemented a beautiful hugs room and protocol for the families that must cope with the loss of an infant. Joint Commission recently singled out our hugs programs as one that should be replicated nationally. Anna spent months putting our hugs room together, and she deserves to be recognized for her dedication to our grieving families and her caring spirit.
