Barbara Kordestani

Barb Kordestani is not only a nice, kind, caring and amazing woman, she is also an extraordinary nurse. She is beyond professional and compassionate. Having her as your caregiver is like having your best friend as your caregiver.

She always took the time to answer my questions in terms which I could understand. She also took the time to calm my fears, which isn’t always easy.

Today, I watched her attend to all her patients, answer phones, answer call lights, discuss patients with doctors, process orders, chart, etc., and she did this all without assistance from another nurse. I believe she deserves the DAISY Award because she goes above and beyond in EVERYTHING she does. She makes you feel like she is a loved one taking care of you.

In my heart, Barbara will always be a loved one to me. Thank you so very much.
