“You just have to be there and watch her! The care with which she does every task! It is a little hard to describe, but I can tell she is truly committed to giving excellent nursing care. I have watched her help others with their patients more frequently and more diligently than I’ve ever seen assistance given in my 40 plus years of nursing. She has helped hold others’ patients while I changed a difficult central line dressing. She immediately gives a report on the central lines on her patients when the IV team enters the unit. I’ve watched her do the same with doctors and Pa’s/NP’s . SOOOOOO deserving.”
