“Bill shows excellent professionalism in his job with his patients. I have observed him going into the patient’s room sitting down and talking with that patient, asking if everything was alright, if there was anything that they could think of that he could get for them that they might need during their stay in the hospital.

He always seems to make his patients laugh no matter how bad they may feel. I have heard his patients say what a good nurse he is and that he talks to them in ways that they understand what is going on with them.
