Brenda Cropper

Brenda took extra special care of our little boy.  When we were scared that he might not make it, she explained to us the course of treatment and the likelihood of success.  Brenda helped us to stay informed and treated us with respect by explaining things on our level.  Noah always seemed to be at ease when she was caring for him, and when he became uncomfortable, she knew exactly what to do to calm him and soothe his discomfort.  Brenda assisted us with coordinating our son's baptism on the NICU, which was a beautiful, healing moment during our stay.  Brenda's high level of professionalism and skill helped us to remain confident in the care our son was receiving and gave us hope.  Please thank her for helping us through this difficult chapter in our lives.
