Camille Wheeler

Camille’s patient was a little boy who was in the hospital for treatment for an infection.  The parents of this little boy were scared, as most parents would be.  Camille came in and immediately put this family, child included, at ease.  The family stated that child needed a Penicillin injection.  Camille had become so close the patient he wanted her to give him this shot.  Camille wanted to put the child at ease so she did it and as she walked away the patient’s father noticed that she was wiping away tears.  Camille made this family feel comfortable and safe with any decision made.  Camille made this family feel like they were a part of her own.
