Cecil Gowan
On November 9, 2010, I splashed Cidex in my eye. Upon arriving in the ER, cecil immediately went to work on me even though the ER was really full. Above the excellent care I received, I was also well cared for. Cecil even called my prescriptions in so they were ready when I arrived. He’s an excellent nurse. I’m grateful for his care.
